Pool Cue Repair Services  - Questions & Answers

How can I change my pool cue's wrap?

Pool cues with wraps can be changed later on, so if you have a pool cue leather wrap or Irish-linen wrap, then you can change it to a different type of wrap.

Trust a professional to do any pool cue wrap replacement, since the job requires several specialized tools.

I'm in San Diego, can I drop my pool cues off?

Yes, you can drop off your pool cues for service at our San Diego billiards shop:

Billiards Direct

8223 La Mesa Blvd, La Mesa, CA, 91941

Our San Diego billiards store is open from 10 am until 6:30 pm, Monday thru Saturday.

How often should I replace a pool cue tip?

Replace your pool cue tip every 6 months.

Nearly all pool cue tips are made of leather, and leather will naturally dry out over time.

After 6 months, most pool cue tips become so dry that they basically turn into an "extra hard" grade tip.

How do I send you my shaft for repair?

Simply send us your pool cue shaft in a USPS Triangle Box and once we receive it, we'll inspect it and begin to perform any requested repairs.

When the pool cue service is complete, we will ship the cue back to you, along with insurance and package tracking information.
